Coastal cottage charm meets vintage Florida in this TURNKEY 2-bedroom, 2-bath end-unit villa. Set in Myerlee Gardens, an active 55+ community in South Fort Myers, this welcoming home greets you with warmth and personality from the moment you step inside.

The kitchen has room for a small breakfast table, with an open pass-through to the dining area that keeps serving simple and conversation flowing. In the living room, a solar tube skylight brings in natural light throughout the day. The enclosed lanai offers another comfortable place to relax, read, or gather with friends, with a portable air conditioner installed to keep you cool.

The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and generous closet space. The second bedroom, currently furnished with a small desk and pull-out sofa, offers flexible space for work or overnight guests, with a separate guest bathroom nearby. A new water heater installed in 2026 and an air conditioner replaced in 2021 add value and comfort. A covered carport and adjacent guest parking space are just steps from your front door.

With the clubhouse directly across the street, it's easy to take a morning water aerobics class, meet friends for pickleball, or spend an afternoon by the large lap pool and spa. Additional amenities include tennis, shuffleboard, an exercise room, community room, and library area. Dances, holiday dinners, poolside gatherings, and other social activities offer plenty of opportunities to get to know your neighbors.

Nearby, Myerlee Country Club offers an executive golf course with public play and optional memberships. Lakes Park, Bell Tower shopping and dining, Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, and medical services are also close by, with convenient access to the beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach.
